Performance Enhancing Features
- Self-Cleaning Vacuum Box: Sized to maintain minimum chip transport velocities for a sweeping action. The perforated plate is removable for vacuum box inspection.
- Positive Vacuum Break: Completely isolates the vacuum box during index, insuring a “positive vacuum break”, and eliminating the possibility of “media billowing.”
- Media Entry Seal: An inclined backplate allows the chain and flight assembly to seal the media against the back wall of the filter, thus eliminating chip by-pass.
