We have been manufacturing our extensive line of quality coolant filtration products in Rockford, Illinois, USA for 110 years. Machine tool coolant filtration product offerings include world renown Kleenall Filters for grinding and chip making machines, along with pressure and vacuum filtration systems that offer both permanent and disposable media filtration. Coolant filtration systems as small as 10 GPM for individual machines up to total plant central coolant filtration systems as large as 20,000 GPM are well within our scope. IM Fabric Filter with MCS
Completed Immersed Drum Fabric Filter with a Magnetic Coolant Filtration System mounted on top of the IM-6048 as a pre-cleaner for use on several double disc grinders.
This filter will provide approximately 375 GPM @ 40 PSI to filter water soluble coolant. Model MCS-1560 was added to remove steel grinding swarf ahead of the fabric filter being pumped back to the grinders. It will filter 25 micron or better of water soluble coolant.
The filter combines capability for heavy stock removal applications and fine finish applications in one reliable high quality filtration system with a simple design, engineered for easy maintenance and long life.
