Service Contracts are customized agreements to meet customers’ specific needs. These may include planned or preventive maintenance agreements, parts, emergency services, on-site or off-site monitoring & diagnostics, technical application support, product training or productivity alliance agreements. Service Contracts can be priced at substantial discounts from standard rates.
